• Cancellation Timeframe: Orders can be cancelled within 24 hours of placement, provided they have not been processed and shipped. Once an order is processed or shipped, it cannot be cancelled.

• Refund for Cancelled Orders: If the cancellation request is made within the specified timeframe and before processing, a refund will be issued via the original payment method within 3-5 business days.

• Customized or personalized orders that have already entered production cannot be cancelled.
